La Manche Provincial Park 位于纽芬兰圣约翰斯53公里南边，10号高速公路。这个地方公园正式开放给大众于1966年8月，因为有美丽的Manche Valley景色，小动物（Beaver，Moose and Snowshoe) 和鸟类的栖息地，还有野花，菜等等。这里可是观鸟的好地方，据说有差不多50多种类的鸟！以下就是鸟儿们，我都不懂啊！不过，我去的时候没注意到有什么鸟。
”In French "La Manche" means "the sleeve". The area is named for the shape of the harbour, which is long and narrow with high sides. This harbour was probably first used by the French because of its seclusion which offered cover between raids on Ferryland and St. John's.“
巴士司机把我们载到另外一个入口，有点荒凉，感觉这地方没怎么开发，人影也没有。我们就自己走，看到了去瀑布的途径！！
Tada~ 来到了小小瀑布，景色很是优美宁静！
有些同学爬到对面去了，而我也懒得走过去。 =P
接下来我们就停留下吃自己带去的便当。
吃饱后继续上路！ 因为那瀑布不是我们的最终点。
啊，这个地图好简单呀！
不知道东南西北，跟着同学走，大约一个小时走到了另一个出口。终于看到告示牌了，也看到些人走出来。我们继续勇往直前也就对了！
差不多30 - 40分钟我们才终于到了我们要到的地方！！！
La Manche had been used as a fishing harbour for many years and was known as one of the best fishing coves on the southern shore.
这个就是La Manche的吊桥！
通过那桥，还可以爬到山的另一端去。我们也就只在吊桥上拍拍照片。
这个地方还鲜少外人知，大多都是本地人。不过这里的park还真的很多啊！当然，在这样的地方就是要好好放松自己，远离都市的喧哗。:)
这里也提供露营设备，划独木舟，爬山，游泳哦！
